Our team was commissioned by the City of Bryant to prepare a new comprehensive plan to guide the city’s future growth and development through 2050. Working alongside subconsultants DPZ, Urban3, and LandUse USA, the consultant team is developing a community-driven vision supported by extensive technical analysis and public engagement.

The plan evaluates demographics, economic development, housing, land use, transportation, infrastructure, parks and recreation, natural resources, and development regulations while providing an updated future land use plan and implementation strategies to guide future decision-making. The comprehensive plan is currently in development and is anticipated to be completed in Fall 2026.
