Prism Design Studio provided landscape design and project management services for this infill residential development in Downtown Rogers. These two three-story buildings add 45 residential units while enhancing the historic charm of the district. A bold and captivating mural designed by Verdant Studio adds even more character.

Located on the Railyard Loop Trail, the two buildings sit across from one another on the corners of 1st Street and Chestnut Street, acting as a gateway into the downtown’s core.
