This project was an infill amenity design project serving a townhome-style multifamily development within an established urban context in Fayettevillle. Prism Design Studio led the design of shared outdoor spaces intended to support resident use, walkability, and long-term durability.

The project required coordination with City of Fayetteville permitting processes including grading, drainage, and utility considerations. The project required a multifamily design sensibility, consideration of infill conditions, and need to balance regulatory requirements with a refined, human-scaled amenity environment.
